My wife and I consider this location THE place to stay in Columbus. Goodale Park is gorgeous and a short walk to High Street and the great shops and restaurants in Short North. It is also very easy to get to campus.
And, the accommodations could not be more welcoming and comfortable!

Jeff's Carriage House is lovely. The decor is pleasing and unobtrusive, with lots of natural light and great architectural features. The location is easy to access, and the neighborhood is beautiful. We come to Columbus quite often, for business and pleasure, and this is one of the nicer stays we've had. The place is clean, and the bed is comfortable. Having a full kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal is high on our list of amenities, and the Carriage House did not disappoint. Plus, there is a market a short walk away if you've forgotten anything. Jeff was very good at communicating before and during our stay.
An added plus was that parking was always easy. We look forward to our next trip and hope the Carriage House is available. Thanks, Jeff!

We were a last minute booking. Jeff responded with in minutes with a door code. Then checked up on us just to make sure everything was okay and we were settled in good. Very clean place. Would recommend this every time.

What else can I say that I haven't already said? My wife and I have stayed here almost 10 times and will continue to come back. This is a great spot. Walkable, great restaurants all around, and very accessible. Jeff always treats us right!

What a nice stay for a getaway! The location is convenient to local businesses, restaurants, and shops. We appreciated Jeff being very responsive and helpful to our needs or wonderings about the local artwork. We will definitely stay there again.

Rented this property as a gift for my daughter and son in law. They said the place was immaculate and close to everything they needed. Jeff was in touch with us before they arrived and during their stay just to see if we needed anything or had any questions. We would highly recommend staying at this property!

Excelente hospedaje. Lo que más valoro es lo silencioso que fue en las noches para descansar bien. Todo fue acorde a las fotos y a la descripción del lugar. Mil gracias a Jeff porque siempre estuvo atento, respondió rápido y me ayudó con temas como por ejemplo adelantar un poco la hora de check in y dejar la maleta el último día un par de horas más mientras paseaba por la ciudad y antes de que tuviera que ir al aeropuerto. Muy recomendable toda la experiencia.

This is one of my favorite air bnbs I've stayed in to date. I will absolutely be booking this again when we come back to Columbus! The home is stunning, and you can't beat the location. Jeff was also a great host and very responsive!

Very comfortable, nice neighborhood, easy to walk to local restaurants. We attended a concert at Nationwide Arena which was also an easy walk. We will definitely book this place again if we have a future event.

This home is, clean, gorgeous and has fun style! The garden spaces are incredibly beautiful. The owner’s hard work and diligence towards both greatly shows. We definitely will look for availability the next time we are in Columbus and we highly recommend!
