Welcome to the Goodale Park Carriage House located by the beautiful Goodale Park, a 34 acre urban oasis steps away from the Short North Arts District. The apartment is a comfortable 2nd floor, one bedroom walk-up with cathedral ceilings and large windows for natural light. The carriage house is conveniently located a short walk from High Street with all of its shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, as well as a short walk to the Convention Center, North Market, Arena District, CVS and grocery.

The carriage house is a 2nd floor, one bedroom walk-up with a queen size bed and sleeper sofa (see floor plan in the pictures). The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, granite counter tops, ice maker, pots/pans, dishes, and utensils as well as a Keurig coffee maker and washer/dryer. There is a 50" television with Roku and several complimentary streaming services. An wireless charger, USB outlets, bottled water, and snacks are also provided. The fully air conditioned apartment has a lot windows for natural light and ventilation on nice days. There are also ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The carriage house is 2 blocks from High Street and the Short North Arts District as well as a less than 10 minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the North Market. The Arena District, Nationwide Arena, and Express Live are an easy 15 minute walk. The Ohio State University and Downtown Columbus can be reached by car in 5 minutes or by walking or using public transportation, and the airport in 10 minutes. Guest Access

You will have full and private access to carriage house's 2nd floor apartment through separate and private exterior entrance. Parking is available on the street using a virtual permit parking pass that will be provided for your use during your stay. Access to the carriage is through an electronic smart lock.

What a nice stay for a getaway! The location is convenient to local businesses, restaurants, and shops. We appreciated Jeff being very responsive and helpful to our needs or wonderings about the local artwork. We will definitely stay there again.

This is our third or fourth stay here. It's such a great location, especially if you have a dog, just steps from Goodale Park. Clean, comfortable and Jeff is always responsive.

Jeff's place was great! We are familiar with Columbus and love the location. The space was perfect for two people and a pup. We can't wait to come back. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in! Jeff was super communicative when we struggled with the pocket door to the bedroom. One note that might be important to guests is that the sitting area to eat is quite small--we moved a chair from the living area over so we could both be comfortable when eating (I could squeeze into one side at 5'2 but my husband could only sit on one side). Overall, a fabulous stay!

The neighborhood is very walkable. There is the COATA bus system that runs on High Street as well as Uber, Lyft, and CoGo bike share. The carriage house is conveniently located near access to I-71, I-670, I-315. The airport is a short 10 minute drive away.
